Where does the word mundshtuk/мундштук come from?

I am dutch and i was watching a video about smoking in the sowjet union when the guy said in old times people used to smoke with it. I was surprised because in dutch we have the same thing called a mondstuk which translates to mouth piece. Is it possible it comes from dutch or is it just similar by coincidence?
