Pre-cooking Pelmeni for a buffet

Post Body
I’m hosting a party this Saturday for around 30 people. I want to pre-cook the Pelmeni since it’ll be too stressful to cook them last minute (I have to cook them at home, as the venue doesn’t have a kitchen). I’m afraid they’ll be soggy or sticky if I leave them all hot and steamy together in a aluminium tray. How far in advance can I cook them for? Also, should I just toss them in butter to stop them from sticking to each other?
TIA!
