Hi Fathers,
I'm in the U.S. and we don't have a dress code where I work.
Is it too cringy if I wear (Nativity, St. Nicholas, Ava Maria) while I work, more specifically during Christmas?
I notice there is 1 or 2 angels and nativity scenes in stores and I thought wearing a Catholic sweatshirt would help me cope. My boss isn't even playing Christmas music.
Description of each sweater: Ave Maria, has only words of the first sentence of the Latin hymn. Nativity sweater has a silhouette of the scenery. St. Nicholas has a picture of him, with his name, pray for our children.
I don't want to a cringy, but I want to have a Catholic Christmas.
Sounds performative. But you do you.
