I purchased a 2001 Saturn L200 and while I was checking the fluid and fuses I noticed there was two wires coming from the radio and engine control fuses slots (I am 98% positive these are where they were but there is a small chance I could be wrong). The wires were spliced to a wire in a bunch of wires connected to the headlights but while I was checking the whole thing out I touched the connector for the radiator fan and the fan engaged without the car on or the keys in so I decided to disconnect the wires so the fan wouldn't keep running and kill my battery. I didn't realize that this was going to start a new issue which is that my taillights don't work now. All my other lights work and when I tried to replace the wires I removed all it did was turn the left headlights on without the car being on. How do I fix this issue. Is there something I need to wire in order to get back to having my taillights working normally like before and where do I need to wire it? Is there some sort of electrical part or harness that might need to be replaced so that no longer have to straight wire any of this. I have checked the fuses and relays and don't get where the issue is that the only way to get it to work is by straight wiring it. Any help with this would be awesome. Thanks!
