M10-1.25 helicoil kit

So i was about to get this helicoil kit for the turbo mounting bolt threads on my 1997 mitsubishi eclipse. The threads on the turbo are M10-1.25. My understanding of helicoil kits was you drill the hole slightly larger, tap that, insert helicoils, insert bolt. This kit has an M10-1.25 tap. Isn’t that tap too small? Basically just trying to figure out if im getting the right kit
