Help with my Mini Countryman

Good evening. I just bought this 2012 Mini Countryman S All4 from the auction. It runs and drive fine but when making a sharp turn to any direction I hear this sound coming from the back of the vehicle. If I’m driving straight I don’t feel or hear anything wrong, is just when making a U turn. I already have an appointment in one week, but I’m a little anxious and would like to know if any of you know what this could be. Thanks in advance!
