2014 Mustang, 40K miles. Whenever I drive around, the front right wheel always seems to be much hotter than the rest. I got a bottled water and flung the water at the center wheel and I saw vapor/fumes. When I did it to the other ones I didn’t see that. When I put my hand near the front right wheel I can feel the heat more than the other wheels. I also have slow coasting speed. This only happened after a recent routine oil change and tire rotation. I took it back twice to the same place that did the rotation and oil change and they told me my wheel is fine. Any ideas
