I took my 2009 Dodge Challenger SE to O’Reilly today so they could scan it to see what’s going on. The code it gave was P0128, and it says the coolant thermostat had a fault (coolant temperature below thermostat regulating temperature) for a predetermined period of time.
The thing is, I just replaced the thermostat not too long ago. When the light came on, I was driving with my heat on and the engine was running at a cooler temperature than normal. Could that be why? What could be causing this?
Thanks in advance for any help!
