2014 ram 1500 5.7.
Had a shop replace my water pump. Cool. He called during the repair and up sold me on a fan clutch. Ok.
Now, when I start it up cold, the clutch is engaged and the fan is blowing hard. Put it in first and it still stays engaged up to about 1700 rpm. Loud and sluggish. This was about 2 months ago i got it fixed.
Should the mechanic replace there new clutch with another one? What if he says I need to pay again for something I just paid for? I dont know. I will bring it back some time this week and they just make it good.
