Unknown wire coming from under front right fender

Girlfriend noticed this wire hanging from my car when I came over however Google has given me no luck and Iām not quite sure what it is or how long itās been severed
I havenāt noticed any change in the cars performance other than the ac is not blowing as cold as it use to which started about 2/3 weeks ago
2016 Hyundai Veloster turbo 90k miles
I basically just want to know what this goes to and if this is a ātake me to a mechanic asapā kind of issue or if I can just drive it
