A year ago spent 13k for ford to put a new engine in my truck at a ford dealership, 4 hours of driving it check engine light came on, low oil and needed new cats for 3k. Few months later low oil and new o2 sensors. Few months later low oil and now I need new turbos and another o2 and they said the oil was most likely leaking from the turbos from the beginning and they take no accountability for anything. Since the new engine on this truck l've driven less then 6k miles and been in 4 times. I still owe 27 on this truck and when I spoke with the gm he said he'd make it right and tried to flip me into a 2024 ford edge for $1000/month. Offered me 13k what the truck is worth if the turbos were fine and doesn't seem to think I wouldn't be trading it in if the turbos were fine. Also offered to wave the labor on the turbos it I want to pay to fix it. I have another sit down meeting with the gm this afternoon, what would you suggest I use to argue my point?
