Can anyone help identify this grinding noise?

I can’t figure out the issue and it has been going on for a while. The noise happens between 10-60mph, 1700-2300 rpm, and stops when I let off the gas pedal. Any help is appreciated!
Car is a 2011 Toyota RAV4 Base 2.5L 4cyl
