Leaking gas tank?

2005 Volvo cx90. Noticed that the car would smell like gas sometimes. It doesn’t always leak or smell. Noticed it leak about 2 times but this time I touched and it smelled faintly like gas. Ac was on during lunch break and when I got out I noticed the puddle.
What would I expect to pay for something like this or would this be a diy with some effort.
