Can you start a car with an upgraded fuel system without a new map?

So, recent DIY to my 2018 Nissan 370Z where I installed two GTR R35 turbos.

I’m curious if there are any leaks on the coolant circuit, oil circuit and fuel line, as I’ve made changes to them all.

I want to test this at operating pressure when I crank the motor.

I have upgraded to 1000cc injectors and a 525lp/h pump.

If I keep the car tuned on 98, and let it idle, will it run, or will it idle but just run rich/like shit?

Otherwise I’ll just pump E85 in, get a tune for it and reassemble the rest of the front end first
