I haven't done an oil change in 11 months. How big of a problem is this?

So I drive a 2011 Chevy Cruze LT Turbo. I haven't done an oil change in 11 months (pretty much just forgot about it) and was curious how much of an issue this considering a few things:
- Total mileage on my car is about 135,000 km.
- I use Chevy's recommended "dexos" oil for my car which is synthetic.
- I've driven maybe about 5000 kilometres or so in this time. I work close to my home so I didn't do many kilometers.
- I pretty much did city driving. 20-30 minutes each trip to my job. Didn't really go on highway.
