Grime/Grease in Throttle Body

2015 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi with 115K miles. Went to change my air filter and noticed some oil/grime buildup on the outer edges of my throttle body. Anything to be concerned about? Normal? What steps should I take from here. I found varying answers online.
