Driver side Blows Cold Air instead of hot

I have a 2009 Lexus LS 460 with 153K miles. It’s a dual climate zone car, and the front driver side of the car blows cold air compared to the passenger side . Coolant was flushed at 152K miles btw. I was wondering if anyone knows what could cause it to have this issue?
