I have a 2017 Nissan Titan SL 4x4 with a 5.7L engine. The truck has about 53K miles on it. About a year ago I noticed my truck started sounding different. Instead of hearing the pleasant rumble of my engine all I could hear was air.
A friend of mine(who knows a hell of a lot more about cars than I do) did some research and told me it was a fan issue and was common in these trucks. That the reason all I hear is air is because the fan is racing a 100mph even when it’s not needed(even at startup on a cold engine). But he doesn’t know what I need to do to fix this issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
