Trucks a 98 f150 with the 4.6. Everytime I start it, it goes to about 2k rpm. Cold or hot, only way I've been able to stop it is to unplug the iac sensor (which I have replaced twice). Only codes being thrown is for cyl 3 misfire. Which I don't feel or hear happening, no matter the rpm range, load or no load. Fuel pump is new, filters are new, fuel lines been cleaned, has a new MAF sensor (replaced before I acquired the truck). On cold starts, you can hear the lifters or something clattering for a second or 2 until the oil gets up there. What do y'all think??
