I have a 2017 Ford Mustang, I haven't driven it since December. The battery was dead in December so I replaced it and noticed a lot of corrosion on the terminals, the car ran fine after that, but I've been out of town for work since then.
I just replaced the battery terminals and tried jumping it, but it won't start. With the jumper cables connected, it'll power up, the engine will crank, and the voltmeter says 13.7. I get nothing after the jumper cables are removed though.
Is the battery fucked because it's been sitting for so long, or is there maybe a different issue?
