Who is the least terrible black conservative/heterodox commentator?

I'm trying to listen to alternate viewpoints on racial issues that don't just pander to conservatives with "Democrats are the true racists" talking points. Larry Elder, Thomas Sowell, and Candace Owens are out of the question.
