If states have constitutionally mandated open borders, does that mean if one state fails to control an outbreak they all do?
If the mitigation efforts of a state fail to bring the contagion rate down below one won't the number of people who have caught the virus go up exponentially until it gets to everybody not hiding in a bunker?
Is it wrong to assume a vaccine won't be publicly available in less than 10 months?
What do you think the chances are of the states or the federal government doing something that will actually stop the virus from spreading to over 50% of the US population before there's a vaccine?
