Judiciary Filibuster
Post Body

Local idiot here (me), but with the judiciary coup happening right now— can the minority party (liberals) just hold up the arguments or even not vote (not abstain, but rather not vote?)

I’m thinking democratic TRIAGE here— women’s rights a few days ago, environment rights just today, voting rights on its way to the grave— how can the court slow down or just get stuck in endless litigation (like normal court cases)?
