I already paid a $2800 deposit (1k security first month's rent of 1800) so I can move into a new place on January 1st, and signed the lease agreement form, but after I put the deposit down I haven't heard anything from the landlord or the sublessor. As of this post, it's been 2 days without anything from the aforementioned parties.
Not sure who I should be more focused on, the landlord or the sublessor.
