I am looking for advice on what can be done against a very hostile family member who lives in a residence with a family. He is a constant bully and frequently insults children and the older folk also. His aggression is always on and he assaults both the children and older people frequently. It's so bad that the children have asked me for help. This person has kicked out the kids various times and calls the girls "useless c*nts". Given all of the the owners of the home do not want to remove him. Can the law get involved because he's creating a hostile and dangerous environment? What can be done to keep the children and older folk safe from this aggressive narcissist? Please help thank you. Any advice is appreciated
