Four times my ex wife has opened mail addressed to me during our separation - divorce is final next month. The first time the mail was addressed to me and an old roommate. She claimed it was an accident but sent us the picture of our mail. The other three times she opened my mail and sent me photos of it and was “trying to be helpful”. I confronted her about it, but I know she knows better as her sister has been her attorney through the divorce and they are so knowledgeable about law. Is it worth reporting my ex-wife to USPS for knowingly opening my mail?
