So I work in a pipe mill, which is a pretty industrial environment. I've been having to use my personal phone for some time now. My supervisor and manager txt and call me regularly. I've asked them since I'm having to use my phone for company use if the company can then give me a phone allowance. The answer has always been the company doesn't give a phone allowance. So my next question has been getting me a company phone. The answer to that has been the company is trying to save money right now.
With all of that being said my phone screen now starting to mess up because I'm constantly having to use it. Can I hold the company liable for my phone starting to mess up. Or am I just at a complete loss for this.
Side note this is my second phone I've had to replace because of my job.
