Loss of mother's trailer, having to pay back rent and legal fees.
Post Body

Hi! I had to put my mom into a nursing home last year, the mobile home park let me sublease. Long story short, my ex roommates screwed me out of rent, so I lost the trailer. Fast forward to court. I spoke with the lawyer about paying a certain amount a month until all the fees are paid off. My job cut my hours, I've been working hard to find a second job or a better job in general. My question is; if I can't make the agreed amount, but am at least paying on it, can I face legal repercussions for not paying the agreed amount (clean record, just struggling financially right now)
