Post Body

Hello, so Iโ€™m here asking a question that both I and my girlfriend were curious about. Basically she works at a restaurant and her boss has a history of being late with giving out paychecks. But this last pay period has been the latest. She is supposed to get paid every other Friday. Well last Friday (July 5th) she was supposed to get her pay check. But now a week later (July 12th) she still has not gotten paid from last week. Her boss usually tells them not to worry about it, and apparently often canโ€™t afford to pay his employees on time. But we find this to be unacceptable as she has bills and such. So we wanted to know if there is any law against this?
