I am on a business visa which allows me to stay for a maximum period of 180 days at a stretch. I want to legally extend my stay as Iām planning to open a company here. I could leave the country and come back again before my 180 days expire because I donāt want to default my visa but some people told me that I will face issues if Iām trying to re enter. When I went to the USCIS office they told me I need to have an appointment even if I just need information. I tried booking the appointment online but I canāt because my āissue isnāt listed hereā I donāt want to do anything that would harm my legal status. Any advice on how to go on about it?
