Is it illegal to have a politicians voice emulated by AI to say hilarious and goofy things?

If someone were to emulate a local politician, president etc, using AI voice programs to say goofy / comical things, is that illegal and or allow for legal action? You see it all over the internet but I am curious what the current legal stance is? I know comedic relief is allowed of likeness but curious if this applies.
Are their any cases being taken to court or federally followed?
