I live in a rural area, property has not been surveyed for at least 50 years. Land behind me which has a 15 ft easement on east side of my property recently sold and the new survey shows front pins on 5 different properties are 30 feet off. It effects neighbors trailer being on my property, my drive way is on neighbors property the easement runs thru middle of my property, his barn is partially on property beside him. How to I begin to fix this? I’ve been here since 1986. Every body is fine with it as is but new property owners bank requires the utilities to be in the legal easement which I’m ok with and that’s the only issues that affects him. When I sell this place new buyers banks will probably require the same legality. How do I go about fixing this legally.
