Protection order & belongings.

Got a protection order and went to court back in March, abusers belongings are at my house and it’s been over 30 days. Nothing valuable just lots of clothes and some electronics.
I also gave him a 15 day notice to terminate before the protection order as well(he never was on a lease or bills).
And I was given a new lease (April 30th old lease was up) and have new sub leasers.
I don’t want this stuff at my house. What can I do?? Is it legal to throw it out ?
