Strange question

Post Body

I own a small homecare agency in PA. Our services are paid for by state medicaid. Caregivers are to clock inand out on a GPS app. It is not supposed to let them clock in or out if greater than 200 yards from the address entered by the welfare dept. One of our patients complained that their aide had not been there for a few weeks. Checking the schedule she was clocked in. Further checking she was able to clock in at home 15 miles away. Medicaid initiated a charge back of almost 7k.

Now the question. How do I recoup the pay we gave this employee that committed this fraud. I don't feel we (BUSINESS) should be the only person that suffers. I have not done the calculations but it would be $4200-$4700
