Hello I'm having issues with my apartment complex being outside of their lease agreement both in repair and discrimination. I was wondering where I go to file complaints against them with the state.

The apartment did not meet move in standards at the time of occupation. The apartment was dirty and the patio door is not closing and operating properly. The stove is messed up, they did not answer our calls for emergency repairs to our heat as it went out over the weekend. The electric was messed up and had to be fixed twice now, the front door is not weather sealed either, the apartment behind us started leaking water into our apartment over the weekend and they didn't come fix that till today either. They're completing our maintenance requests without fixing or explaining situations, they're entering the apartment without notice and have discriminated against my wife verbally.

What can I do? Where do I go? Any help is appreciated.
