Custody question
Post Body

How likely is a temporary custody court order going to hold up after mediation? As of right now I have sole legal and primary physical, they have supervised visits every other weekend. A little background: the child’s other parent hasn’t been in their life for 4 years. They also live 2 hours away and do not have a space for the child in their apartment (no idc about the apartment just that there is no space for the child.) My spouse and I also have a child together if that makes any difference. Anything I should expect or ask for?
