Okay, so I'm born in Russia (nearing 25 in January, biologically male, but genderfluid), and I've been wanting to move to my boyfriend to the US for a while now. But I know nothing of how the law works, I'm very bad with understanding "law language" more clearly, and English is obviously not my primary language. I'm facing multiple issues regarding that...

First off, my friends tell me that the best way to immigrate if you're in a relationship is via a K-1 visa aka spouse visa. The prerequisites suggest I need to have photos with him together as sort of proof, which we haven't got the chance to get because he can't visit Russia.

Second problem is when the """special military operation""" began, the American embassy closed its doors here. I don't know if there's some kind of way around that or any kind of solution other than moving to an adjacent country like Georgia or Kazakhstan and finding an embassy there, and even then I'm not sure if that'd work since I have a Russian passport. Third and most pressing problem - the military office summons me on the next conscription period (April 1st) for mental health evaluation. I haven't served compulsory service and so far all the doctors say I'm eligible to serve with minor restrictions (the B category, as A is perfectly healthy) except for the psychiatrist who, as I've mentioned, is trying to refer me to a mental hospital (Psychiatric Clinical Hospital No.1 named after N.A. Alekseev, aka "Kashchenko") for said evaluation.

I haven't been able to get screened prior because I was in university, and then the MO wasn't able to refer me because the way it's supposed to work is this. They create the act in the digital format in this healthcare program called EMIAS. Normally, they'd be able to just do it. But! The rules got updated recently by the department of health: The military office cannot give out any referrals in between conscription periods, or near the end of one, because that too falls in between conscription periods more often than not. And, I can't do it on my own because the military office needs said act in the EMIAS program, and give us the referrals personally, signed by us.

And adding insult to injury the passport office supposedly cannot give me an international passport required for travel and visas because of the absence of the military ticket that shows that you either served in the army or were deemed unfit.

I don't know how to get out of this situation and this country, I'm just an artist trying to get to live a happier life, away from the constant hate and conflict.
