Was wondering if I have a case.
I was para city bus driver. No psssengers was aboard my bus as I was heading to my next stop. I stopped at a stopped sign. Followed protocol. Look both ways etc. no one was coming. I pulled out and got Tboned. No one was hurt. But of course being that it’s a city bus the at fault driver and passenger got into ambulance. Now I lost my job pretty much because I had marijuana in my system. I had stopped two months prior but I guess it takes longer than that to empty your system. The camera footage showed I was in no way at fault. And my managers states they can tell the other car sped up. But if I woulda told them my piss was dirty I could have kept my job. But being that I didn’t they have to following protocol and terminate me. Is there something I can do.
