Upstate ny. To keep it short and sweet I work for a company that repairs broken shop equipment. The other day I had a customer Who was denied warranty work due to the issue being caused by his own negligence. Before I could even explain why he was throwing insults at me and telling me I was an ahole and to go f myself and that he was going above my head. I informed him that it was my boss who made the call not to warranty it but it was completely within his rights to do so I even gave him the number myself. Today I get a call from a sales manager in the company to get my side of things to just tell me heโs gonna work to make it right for the customer. So my question is can they force me to go back to his shop? Donโt really feel like getting abused for doing my job
