Any lawyer recommendations

I recently separated from Asurion. They sent me a severance letter, and now are reneging on the terms, despite having my signature for the document. I have been going back and forth in email, with no resolution.
Also, they aren't paying out my incentives that I earned for selling.
Who would be recommended to speak to. I live in the NYC metro area, in central NJ.
What type of lawyer would I seek for this? Thanks in advance.
