Young and dumb 19 year old. I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Equus in March from a buy here pay here in Wisconsin, and I live in Illinois. Im financing said vehicle at $250 bi-weekly at 29.99% APR. I now understand this is the worst possible deal I could have been offered, but I was excited in the moment. The dealership has not been good to me. Bribed me with a full tank of gas for a good review (who wouldn’t), just for said dealership to not send my plates until after my temp tags expired even though I knew they were in the dealership’s possession and had told me they were gonna get sent out (caused me to get pulled over for expired temp tags), and have still not received ANY paperwork from our deal (was told i would receive it via mail in 2 weeks same day i bought the car in March), after calling 4 times and getting told by the OWNER it will be sent via mail AND e-mail, but nothing in either. I also found not even the BILL OF SALE is signed. It is completely blank. This car is not reported to my credit, which I wasn’t told but probably missed it in the paperwork. Also found a GPS tracker in the engine bay which I removed. I read in Wisconsin if there is a tracker in a vehicle it must be verbally declared, which it was not, and the gentleman I brought with can vouch for that and everything else I stated. Im open to all ideas, but also understand that its me who did this and signed my name on those papers, and if biting the bullet is all that can be done, so be it.
