I (26m) live in Alabama and accidentally speed in a school zone. I was als given a 2nd degree marijuana charge. I don't have any prior offenses other than a misdimenor marijuana charge in 2021. I got a pre-trial program for that.

What are my chances for a fine? And am I looking at any jail time?

I do have a brain injury that I got in 2015 from a serious car wreck where I was thrown from the vehicle. I've been trying to contact mental health about but nobody will ever answer or call me back. I have many other issues such as depression, BPD, explosive anger, etc....

I self medicated with marijuana and have been trying to get my medical card.
