A question about a car loan.

My wife and I are getting ready to file for divorce in Alaska. We have one vehicle, registered in my name with my father as cosigner. The vehicle is still registered in Minnesota, where it was purchased (waiting for a replacement due to being damaged in the move. My wife's name is nowhere on the registration or loan. She has stated that she will be taking the car when she leaves. We both need it for work. Does she have legal standing to take the vehicle?
