Rental move out fees
Post Body

Wondering if someone could help make sure Iā€™m reading this right. It says that they can require a notice in the contract which I understand. The question is the last part within the 15 day notice period, in that notice do that have to iterate all the fees and penalties they would charge in their contract in that notice? My notice only said they require a 60 day period without listing all the fees and penalties they would enforce. But this says the notice must include that so would I be liable for any fees if they only say they required the 60 notice and nothing else? Thank you
