Hi, my lawyer who is helping me with the permanent residency application asked me to send him a few documents. The problem is that he did not explain how or where to get some of those documents like the following:
Proof of income Would that be a bank statement or something more?
Current employer certificate (not older than 14 days) I have no idea what a 'employer certificate' is or why it needs to be not older than 14 days. I'm guessing my workplace can get that for me, hopefully.
Pension provisions Where do I get that?
Pension information or pension statement from the German Pension Insurance or
Proof of entitlement to comparable pension benefits from an insurance or pension fund or an insurance company Where do I get that or the pension statement above?
Health insurance I have a health card, do I just need to send that or is something else required?
Proof of primary residence in Berlin Is an Anmeldung enough proof?
Certificate of registration of the apartment (registration confirmation) or
Rental agreement and confirmation of the landlord's approval of residence My parents bought a property and I currently live in it. I have the Notar document which I'm guessing is like a "rental" agreement but I'm not sure. Obviously, there is no landlord because I am the owner.
