I have been in my current flat for 4 years and a few months ago I broke the door handle for the freezer. It was an accident but the handle was probably worn out due to fatigue. I contacted my Hausmeister who said that he can't replace it and that I need to call the company and do it myself or they will charge me for a new fridge when I move out of the apartment in February 2024. I don't even know if the company makes door handles for freezers. I have a few pictures of the broken handle as well as a stamp inside the fridge with the serial number, model number and replacement number but not much to go on. Who should I contact and can this even be replaced?
