Difference between Integrationskurs and Orientierungskurs for citizenship application

What exactly is the difference between an Integrationskurs and Orientierungskurs and which one do I need to take part in in order to be able to apply for citizenship? I took a A2.1 class at a Volkshochschule in February 2020 for about 2 months which wasn't an Orientierungskurs and then later on I did the entire B1 lexicon with Goethe Institute online where I had something like 6 months to complete the course.
