Possibility to visit Trabant factory in Zwickau?

Hi everyone, I will be in Zwickau for a whole day this weekend. I already plan to visit the August Horch museum but I was wondering if it's possible to visit the factory where they used to make Trabants. I also heard there were a couple of warehouses where they used to assemble the cars but now they are apparently abandoned and overgrown. If anyone knows more about any of this, let me know.
