For Young-Earthers and those who hold to literalism of the flood..

I can understand how all the āfantasticalā antediluvian land creatures were wiped out and that thatās why we donāt see them today. But how did the aquatic equivalent of them not survive the flood. I mean, more water isnāt going to kill aquatic life.
So basically, if megalodons weāre a real thing (understandably debatable), then how weāre they wiped out? The same goes for any aquatic dinos.
Just a thought I had.
