Post Body

I have always read very nice things about Canada. I love the country. Two of my favorite bands, Simple Plan and Three Days grace, are from there. I have never been there so I cant really tell how it is to live in Canada. I have lived in europe for a long time. I am a pakistani if that matters for my question(software guy).

I am asking because I am planning to move there. I think I can get express entry residence.

  1. Is racism a problem in Canada? (especially against pakistanis and indians)

  2. How is it compared to the US and Europe? Is there a major difference? or is it same?

  3. If I try to integrate well will I be treated like a "Canadian" or will I always be an outsider due to how I look?

Living in europe is more convenient for me because of several personal reasons. But I can give it up and move to Canada if there is a major difference in treatment of minorities/immigrants.
